Panther

Athough it had a disastrous combat debut, the Panther matured to become one of the best all-round German tanks of the war.

Conceived as a response to the Russian T-34, the Panther featured sloped frontal armour, wide tracks, a powerful engine and a good gun. As a result, it had good mobility, especially on rough terrain, and was available in large enough numbers to make a difference in many battles'

This model is the Newest from tamiya, RC full option Panther

 

As you can see, I added a few extra detail parts to the stock kit

Mainly the armoured skirts and extra track links to the turret

Oh, and a ladder!

Note the panels on teh crew heater vent, little splash of colour allways helps to break up the mono-tones of tank camo

The usual stowage piled up there!

I reckon the only person who benefited from WWII was the chap who made buckets, there seems to be one on every tank!
